am3Dr. Anne-Marie Marynycz - National President

National President  / Managing Director / Coordinator of IPL/Laser Advisory Group for The Association of Professional Aestheticians of Australia's AMCLP(Tm) Anne-Marie has completed a B.Sc degree from Auckland University with a double major (Psychology/Geography) as well as a B.HSc from University of New England (Anatomy & Physiology /Research Methods).


She is also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society where she qualified in the top 10% of all undergraduates across 375 universities in the world. She was recognised for her academic brilliance at the Univeristy of New England in Armidale and received the Dean's Merit Award in Academic Studies at the University of New England at her graduation in 2007.


In 2012 Anne-Marie completed her industry degree Doctorate in Philisophy from Campbell University specialising in Aesthetics industry and concentrating on the SKin.


Anne-Marie has extensive qualifications in Beauty Therapy having completed both National (Diploma of Beauty Therapy) as the Dux of her college in 1994 and gaining High Distinctions in International Beauty Therapy qualifications (CIDESCO & ITEC).


Anne-Marie has completed a Beauty Therapy Teaching Diploma as well as the National CERT IV BSZ40198 Assessment & Workplace Training. She worked as a college Principal in Sydney NSW for 8 years in Sydney at the Natural Health & Beauty Colleges from 1998 to 2005  and is currently a reference member for the Service Skills Council who  reviews the National Beauty Training Packages.


Anne-Marie has been the national president since November 2006. She works as an Education Consultant & Lecturer in her own business , Aesthetic Educational Resources and has presented at many Aesthetic conferences both Nationally and Internationally.


She also teaches core Beauty Therapy subjects and Skin Analysis overseas. As consequence of her broad industry knowledge & experience Anne-Marie has written a foundational manual on Scientific Skin Analysis and Skin Evaluation which she uses in her teachings both here in Australia and overseas.

Vanessa Howard - Director

Ive played many sports and also archery and Kung Fu.  Love netball and play Goal Keeper or Goal Shooter as Im 5 8 1/2 and once was selected to play Shooter for NSW.


In my twenties done some modelling in fashion shows as a plus size model although I was a size 12 that was considered "plus size".


Was crazy about dance music (still am) and back in the day partnered some of Sydney's best hip hop/rap dancers in dance comps - complete with disco pants, headbands and gloves!


Worked in many industries from sales, food, psychiatric hospitals to a womens prison   My last position was an Associate in Corporate Finance at Macquarie Bank. Since then have owned a homewares business, a computer training business, a beef cattle farmer and an insurance agent.


I believe that most things are within your capabilities if you put your mind to it.


I also believe that in life we must turn negative experiences into a positive by using that experience to help or prevent it from happening to others through educating and supporting others.


Damien Booth - Treasurer (Effective as of 9th Jan 2017)

Currently Founder / Business Owner for 123 Internet.


Damien has a genuine passion for helping and assisting people/businesses with their web sites and social media marketing. Ever since Damien first laid his hands on a keyboard, he hasn’t considered doing anything else.


123 and 123 were born over two years of hard work and continuous persistence.


Summary of Qualifications: Cert IV in Small Business Management, Diploma of Web Development, Certificate III in IT Support, Cert IV in Training and Assessing



Frank PerryFrank Perri - National Education Officer

Frank Perri is the Group Discipline Leader of the Dermal Degree Program  at Victoria University. He has been lecturing the dermal therapies program since its inception in 1999. He has lectured in a wide variety of areas including research methodology, anatomy and physiology and psychology.


Since taking over the area is greatly expanded the profile and course structure of dermal therapies. He was also instrumental in the formulation of the Australia Society of Dermal Clinicians and currently is a committee representative of the University for that society.


He has a bachelor''s qualification in science and a postgraduate qualification in health psychology, is currently completing his Ph.D. in the field of cosmetic enhancement and psychological support. He is a fully registered psychologist and is also in practice. He is also part way through a diploma of beauty therapy.


He is presented at various expos and medical conferences in the fields of education and psychology within the industry.
